The 2024 ARITA Divisional Annual General Meetings will be held in late March and early April. To promote accessibility to all members, regardless of their location, all participants will now join online via Zoom.

Voting members
In accordance with the ARITA Constitution, only Professional, Fellow and Life Members are voting members. Members may only vote or lodge proxies at the AGM of the Division in which they reside.
All nomination forms must be electronically signed and received by the Company Secretary (CEO) before 5pm local time on the closing dates indicated.

Please note that proxies are no longer required for Division Committee elections. ARITA’s Division Committees are now elected via direct vote (online) which is open for a period of 15 business days and closes no later than 5 business days prior to the relevant Division Annual General Meeting. The proxy form must be emailed to [email protected] and received by ARITA at least 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting. Any questions on voting can be directed to [email protected].
