Identifying insolvency for recovery actions

Investigating the reasons for a company’s failure and identifying whether insolvent trading and other recoverable transactions have occurred is a key skill for an insolvency practitioner.
This course equips you with skills and tools to use financial data to identify the date of insolvency and insolvent transactions as well as to quantify the amount of an insolvent trading claim. The course also includes the new creditor-defeating dispositions.

Prerequisites
