Essential Skills: Restructuring
Stakeholders – identify, analyse, manage & monitor
In a corporate crisis, restoring the confidence and support of critical stakeholders is a priority.
This process starts with being able to identify, evaluate, manage and monitor critically important internal and external relationships. Failure to do so can lead a turnaround to fail, so these skills are considered compulsory for restructuring professionals.
This course will provide you with a sound knowledge of the wide variety of perspectives and interests likely to be found in a corporate crisis. It will introduce you to stakeholder mapping and monitoring techniques. The challenge of meeting the communication needs of stakeholders in an effective and time-efficient communication will also be addressed.
