ARITA's recommendations for 'near term' insolvency law reform actions

ARITA has undertaken significant work to attempt to assist the Government to move towards legislative change for the key elements of the "near term" insolvency law reform actions outlined in the Parliamentary Joint Committee inquiry into Corporate Insolvency.

In particular, ARITA has provided comprehensive guidance on reforms to:

• Small Business Restructuring
• Simplified Liquidations
• Trusts in insolvency
