New information sheets to support small business insolvency reforms

ARITA has released two new information sheets aimed at assisting directors to understand small business restructuring and simplified liquidations: 

• Small business restructuring
• Simplified liquidations 

We encourage Members to provide these information sheets to directors if approached about the small business insolvency reforms.

The information sheets have also been incorporated into the ARITA precedents.

They can also be found by directors and the general public in our insolvency help section:

• Small business restructuring as one of the insolvency options available, and
• Simplified liquidation as an option in creditors' voluntary liquidation.
