Vale Nick Malanos

It is with great sadness that we note the passing of Nick Malanos after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Nick had more than 35 years’ experience as an insolvency practitioner and managed over 4,000 administrations in his career. His considered and straight forward approach led to the rescue of many distressed businesses.

In 2008, Nick was a founding partner of Worrells in NSW and he was integral to the consolidation and growth of the Worrells practice in NSW and ACT. His hard work and personal reputation helped to grow the respect the Worrells brand receives today.

Nick will be greatly missed by all the Worrells partners and staff. In speaking of the loss, Worrells Partner Chris Darin said: 'Nick leaves a huge hole here at Worrells. Nick was always up for a challenge and there to support me and the whole team. Nick was a wonderful business partner, boss, and friend to us all. We are all proud to have known him.'

Nick joined ARITA in 2008 and was also a CPA Fellow.

We offer our deepest condolences to Nick's family and loved ones, and his colleagues at this very difficult time.
