Submission: Miscellaneous amendments to Treasury portfolio laws 2022

Treasury has consulted on a range of proposed "minor and technical to the Treasury portfolio laws". These amendments included changes to the Insolvency Practice Rules for meetings held using virtual meeting technology.

ARITA has raised concerns with:

• the proposed definition of show of hands
• the information to be included on the notice of meeting for meetings held using virtual meeting technology, and
• use of a notional place for the meeting.
