Advanced Insolvency is an elective subject in ARITA’s Advanced Certification.
This subject ensures a solid understanding of Australia’s formal insolvency regime for both corporates and individuals as well as building an understanding of the complicated issue of insolvency and trusts.
This subject will meet the specialist insolvency education requirements to become a registered liquidator or registered trustee.
This subject is offered in the second half of each year (session 2).

There will be self-review (non-assessable) quiz questions posted online though the course.

You must pass both the UTS component and ARITA workshops to pass the subject.
2017: $3,410 (including GST)
You must be an ARITA member to study this subject. Student membership is $180 (including GST) per calendar year.
You should allow 8-10 hours per week to complete the course requirements. This subject runs for 12 weeks plus a one-week study break.
