CORPORATE INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATIONS
This comprehensive course will ensure that you have a full understanding of the changes under the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016, including Insolvency Practice Rules and transitional provisions, for external administrations:
- Creditors’ voluntary liquidations
- Court liquidations
- Voluntary administrations, and
- Deeds of company arrangement.
The course will provide a comparison of the new and old requirements, highlighting changes to procedure and practice.
There are no prerequisites to attend this training. Open to members and non-members.

This presentation earns attendees 4 CPD points.
This training will be conducted by ARITA trainers with extensive experience in insolvency. They will be fully trained by ARITA on the new Law Reform Act (ILRA) and Insolvency Practice Rules.
