Professional Standards Series
ARITA provides a series of training courses dealing with topical professional standards issues to ensure that practitioners and their staff understand their obligations and can implement them into practice.
This training equips participants to prepare remuneration reports that comply with the guidance provided by ARITA, regulators and court for corporate and personal insolvency appointments.
This training will ensure that you not only understand the guidance on independence provided by ARITA, the regulators and the Court; but that you can implement that understanding to prepare compliant DIRRIs.
This practical training course will enable participants to understand their legal and professional obligations and ensure that section 439A reports issued in voluntary administrations meet these standards.
ARITA is currently developing its first Practice Statement: Insolvency (PSI) which will provide guidance for members and the profession on the minimum level of investigations required in liquidations and bankruptcies. On release of the PSI, ARITA will also provide a training course aimed at ensuring that members are fully aware of liquidator's and trustee's minimum investigation obligations under the standard.
