Events Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy for events

Substitution:

  • If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.

  • Please advise substitutions via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.

  • CPD/CLE hours will be allocated to the substitute delegate.

  • Places at ARITA events cannot be shared.

Refunds:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund

  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 90% refund

  • Cancellation less than 14 days, no refund

  • Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.

Conference Cancellation Policy

  • If, after booking for a National or State Conference you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.

  • Please advise substitutions via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.

  • CPD/CLE hours will be allocated to the substitute delegate.

  • Cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the event: 90% refund
