The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is the government agency responsible for providing improved and equitable financial outcomes for consumers, business and the community through application of bankruptcy and personal property securities laws, regulation of personal insolvency practitioners, and trustee services.

The Senior Inspector will monitor and regulate the conduct of personal insolvency practitioners, monitor proposals submitted by debtors and bankrupts, handle complaints and prepare decisions with respect to the Inspector General’s statutory review power and contribute to organisational objectives of improved and equitable outcomes for consumers, business and the community.
