Kim joined ARITA in 2003 and
supports members by providing guidance on technical and ethical issues. She
manages ARITA’s conduct processes and helps uphold professional standards
through the ARITA Code of Professional Practice, and oversight of ARITA’s education
offerings and precedents library.
A principal author of ARITA’s
first Code of Professional Practice, Kim represents the profession through
regulatory liaison, government submissions and law reform consultation. She has
appeared before parliamentary committees and served on advisory groups
assisting government with corporate and personal insolvency reforms. Kim
received ARITA’s President’s Award for service to the profession in 2015.
