academic, researcher, and practitioner in corporate law, insolvency,
restructuring, and turnaround. With deep expertise in ethics, fiduciary duties,
and global regulatory frameworks, she supports ARITA members by translating
complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, practical guidance that
strengthens professional standards.
As Legal and Academic Director at ARITA and Course Convenor
of the 11319NAT Graduate Diploma in Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround,
she leads the development of high-quality, practice-focused education for the
profession. A Doctor of Laws, Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy
(UK), and internationally recognised adviser and speaker, she is committed to
advancing integrity, capability, and leadership across the insolvency
profession.
