Building a diverse and inclusive restructuring, insolvency and turnaround profession.

ARITA is committed to improving diversity and inclusion in our profession. We believe having a diverse and inclusive profession which reflects the community we serve makes sound business and ethical sense.

ARITA's Balance Taskforce is chartered to build and advise on programs and policies to ensure the profession is more reflective of the community that we serve. Since its establishment, a number of committee and sub-committee meetings have occurred where the challenges at hand, their impacts on the profession and potential steps to leverage opportunities have been discussed.

CPE Access (Parental and Exceptional Circumstances) policy.

ARITA has launched a landmark initiative designed to support professional members as they navigate the transition back into the workforce after extended leave. Under the new CPE Access (Parental and Exceptional Circumstances) policy, members who have taken significant time off for extenuating circumstances, such as maternity or parental leave, will be granted free access to ARITA’s prestigious online Expert Series webinars.
