 John Winter joined
ARITA in February 2014. As Chief Executive Officer, he is a member of
ARITA Executive and is responsible for the execution of ARITA's
strategic direction and the day to day running of the organisation.

Policy & Education Director
Kim Arnold RITF
is responsible for assisting with technical issues, writing submissions
and liaising with legislators. In June 2015, Kim also took over
responsibility for the planning and development of ARITA's education
program. Kim was awarded with the ARITA President's Award in 2015.
Kim works Monday - Thursday. Technical queries should be directed to the Specialist Team via Ask ARITA (Professional and Associate Members only).

Operations Director
Raquel Bortoletto works
closely with the Head of Marketing, Policy and Education Director and Education Administrators to coordinate and ensure
the smooth running of ARITA's events and training offerings.

Education Administrator
 Kate Contreras
helps with the administration, coordination and delivery of ARITA’s
national education program and also looks after education-related
customer support.
Kate works part-time with flexible hours.

Communication & Publications Manager
Charles Cuninghame manages
all ARITA’s publications, helps optimise communications and assists
with consultation and inquiry submissions. He is also editor of the
ARITA Journal. |
Technical & Standards Director
Narelle Ferrier RITF is responsible for overseeing compliance with ARITA's professional standards, assisting with technical issues, formulating submissions and liaising with legislators and regulators.
Narelle works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Technical queries should be directed to the Specialist Team via Ask ARITA (Professional and Associate Members only).

Membership Manager
 Rebecca Hadfield is
responsible for managing the national membership, including ongoing
administration and renewals to new business development. Her objective
is to always ensure that members continue to receive the highest quality
in member services and benefits.
Rebecca works Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. |
Financial Controller
 Mark Hartill is in charge of ARITA’s accounts. His role involves all matters financial.

Executive Assistant to the CEO/Board & Committees Coordinator
 Natalie Richards assists the CEO to keep major projects on track and provides support to ARITA’s Board and Committees.

Office Manager
Le Nguyen is
responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and managing the
association's general activities. She ensures uniformity of processes, practices and data integrity of our memberships. She also provides support to
members with access to the website, registrations and operational
financial accounting functions.

Anna Spencer is
responsible for the development and implementation of our marketing
strategy and nurturing our sponsorship and advertising relationships.
