Based in
Melbourne, Neil McLean is a Director at Rodgers Reidy Melbourne and Ballarat
offices, with over 20 years’ experience in insolvency and reconstruction. A
Registered Liquidator and Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy, he works closely
with debtors, directors, accountants and lawyers to provide clear, informed
advice on restructuring and insolvency options.
Neil joined
the Victoria/Tasmania Division Committee in 2020 and plays an active role in
ARITA education, regularly leading workshops and sitting on application panels
for Registered Trustees and Liquidators. In 2024, he was appointed to the
National Board under s20.3 of the Constitution. He currently serves as Chair of
the Small-Medium Practice Committee and sits on the AFSA and ASIC Liaison
Committees.
