Terms and conditions of enrolment

By registering for any of the ARITA on-demand courses you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Each registration for on-demand courses are for single viewer users only. Exhibition of this training to groups is strictly prohibited and in violation of our terms of service.
  • Course materials will be kept as accurate and current as possible, however, ARITA does not warrant the currency and accuracy of the course content and training materials. Legal advice should always be sought for specific situations. Amendments to the courses will barite provided in the form of addendums and will be dated accordingly, until a new version of the recordings are made available.
  • The information contained in the course materials is not intended to constitute legal, tax, financial product or other professional advice but is for information only. It is not intended as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
  • The course materials are available for one year (365 days) from the date of registration. You have unlimited access to the course materials during that time.
  • ARITA automatically allocates verifiable CPE hours based on the duration of the videos for each training. Each individual must confirm if the completed course meets the requirements of verifiable CPE for you. It is also up to the user to add any additional non-verifiable time spent on reading of course handouts and exercises.
  • ARITA does not offer refunds for on-demand course registrations, please ensure you read the course description thoroughly prior to enrolling.

Unless otherwise indicated, ARITA owns the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, graphics, information, designs, data and other content on the training materials.

All course materials (including course notes, handouts, videos and audio files) may be used by students enrolled in the relevant subjects for individual educational purposes only. If you have access to these course materials and use them for non-educational purposes, you could be infringing copyright and may face penalties under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).


Apart from the uses specified in these terms, course materials may not be reproduced for any purposes, including commercial purposes, without prior written permission from us, except to the extent permitted under the
