Attending an online course via electronic classroom

Each registration for courses offered via electronic classrooms are for single viewer users only. Exhibition of this training to groups is strictly prohibited and in violation of our terms to service.

Participants will require a high speed internet, computer, microphone and speakers (headset recommended).

Substitution

If, after booking to attend one of the law reform refresher training you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. As these particular training have a differential pricing according to different member categories, the appropriate pricing will apply to the substitute attendee and an invoice will be rendered any difference in cost. The difference must be paid prior the course date.

Please advise substitutions in writing at least one business day prior to the commencement of the education program. Substitution requests received past that deadline cannot be accepted. Please have your payment receipt ready at registration as a proof of substitution at a different rate if applicable.

Transferring to a future course

If, after booking to attend one of the law reform training you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your enrollment to be held at a future date (if available).  

  • The request for a transfer must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the presentation.

  • If you have requested a transfer and then subsequently wish to cancel your registration, the cancellation policy that will apply will be determined based on the timing of your request for transfer from the initial course. For example, if you requested the transfer 20 days prior to the initial course and you subsequently cancel your registration, you will receive an 80% refund; if you requested the transfer 10 days prior to the course and you subsequently cancel your registration, you will not receive a refund.

Refunds

Any requests for cancellation must be in writing.

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the education program: 100% refund of the course fees

  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days, before the education program: 80% refund of the course fees

  • Cancellation less than 14 days before the education program: no refund


ARITA reserves the right to cancel any scheduled education programs due to an insufficient number of students registered for the education program. Where ARITA cancels a scheduled education program, students will have the option of transferring their registration to any rescheduled education program, or obtaining a full refund.
