Essential Skills: Restructuring

Managing a turnaround as a project

In a turnaround, it is critical to get the right balance between planning and executing.
The restructuring and turnaround professional must develop an effective turnaround plan that draws attention to critical turnaround initiatives, and implement this plan within the constraints of a turnaround.

In this course you will gain an understanding of the characteristics of effective turnaround plans – including why many plans fail – by applying the principles of agile project management to the execution of the turnaround plan.
