Q&A with seasoned turnaround director

An opportunity to gain insight into the ins and outs of the turnaround process with Abigail Cheadle, an experienced ASX listed non-executive director and ARCC chair, who most notably:

  • proposed the original deed of company arrangement for SurfStitch Group Ltd (ASX:SRF)
  • restructured BFI Finance (amongst numerous other listed Asian companies) from a market cap of $5m to over $400m in five years
  • worked on the rescheduling and restructuring of the former Soviet Union and Iraqi foreign debt, respectively
  • established and ran practices for Kroll, KordaMentha, Deloitte and Ernst & Young in Asia.
