Criminal responsibility in insolvency 

Sean Wengel and Michael Brereton (William Buck) will explore the application and enforcement of the individuals’ criminal responsibility versus civil responsibility as highlighted in recent court decisions and legislations involving directors duties, phoenixing and insolvent trading (including the Substance Technologies judgment).
