How franchisors have tackled COVID – why this poses particular issues for franchised networks

In this session the panel will address the particular issues franchised and licenced networks face when responding to COVID-19, including how their corporate structures and liabilities affect the strategies they enact, the leverage or lack thereof of secured creditors, and what their outlook might be in the next 6 – 12 months. 

The panellists will be joined by Jeremy Trouncer from Allegro Funds, who will talk to what private equity funds such as Allegro may be looking for and issues encountered in distressed purchases, especially in the franchised space.
