By booking into one of our events, you give your consent to ARITA to share your details with sponsors or exhibitors containing your name and company.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

Expert Series (online seminars)

Substitution & cancellation policy

  • If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If the substitute is not in the same membership category that was originally booked, i.e. a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee may be due to reflect the correct rate for the substitute delegate to attend.
  • Please advise substitutions via email. Substitutions can only be made up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
  • CPE hours will be allocated to the substitute delegate.
  • Places at ARITA events cannot be shared.
If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be in writing to [email protected]. The effective date is the date of dispatch.
  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the Seminar: 100% refund of the fees
  • Cancellation 30 days or less, but more than 14 days, before the Seminar: 80% refund of the fees
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before the Seminar: no refund

Participant Requirements

  • Your registration entitles you to access to the half-day Online Seminar via the ARITA LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Exhibition of this broadcast to groups is strictly prohibited and in violation of our terms of service unless prior consent has been given. 
  • Recording, videotaping or live streaming of the ARITA Online Seminar Series is strictly prohibited.
  • CPE hours will be automatically tracked and awarded based on attendance per Seminar session. This record will show in your ARITA profile and cannot be transferred or shared.

ARITA Online Seminar session recordings

Where permitted, session recordings will be available for a limited time after the Seminar for delegates only. Viewing a pre-recorded Seminar session through the ARITA LMS will count towards your non-verifiable CPE hours.

Conferences

Substitution & cancellation policy

  • If, after booking for ARITA’s National or Division Conferences you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a holder of a different member or subscriber category, or the replacement is a non-member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct rate to attend.
  • If, after booking for ARITA’s Small Practice Conference you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement ARITA Professional or Associate member to attend in your place. This event is not open to Graduate or Student Subscribers, or non-members, and as such, they will not be permitted to attend the event as a replacement.
  • Please advise substitutions via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.
  • CPE hours will be allocated to the substitute delegate.
  • Places at ARITA events cannot be shared.

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the event: 90% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 80% refund
  • Cancellation 14 days or less, no refund
