Conference Cancellation Policy

Substitution:

  • If, after booking for a National or State Conference you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.

  • Please advise substitutions via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.

  • CPD/CLE hours will be allocated to the substitute delegate.

  • Places at ARITA events cannot be shared.

  • Non-member substitutions are not applicable to the Small-Medium Practice Conference as this is a strictly members only event.

Refunds:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 100% refund

  • Cancellation 60 days or less and more than 30 days before the event: 90% refund

  • Cancellation 30 days or less , but more than 14 days: 80% refund

  • Cancellation 14 days or less, no refund

  • Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of correspondence.

Event cancellations

  • If ARITA cancel any of its events as a direct result of a pandemic, we will refund 100% of the conference registration fee to delegates.
    Please note that ARITA refunds do not include any travel, accommodation or sundry costs incurred by delegates. Delegates should consider the booking and cancellation policies of transport and accommodation providers when making these purchases. 


WA Law Society - Approved QA Provider

WA Lawyers:

  • If, you are a practising Lawyer in WA and are attending any of our face-to-face CPE events, please be aware you will now need to sign in and sign out of each of these events. The WA Law Society, as part of our accreditation, require that we document the arrival and departure of all Lawyers to allocate the correct CPE hours.
