2021 ARITA Members Handbook

We are pleased that the 2021 version of the ARITA Handbook includes the Corporations Act consolidated to include the small business insolvency reforms that commenced on 1 January 2021. Due to late finalisation of this legislation, printing of the Handbook was delayed to ensure that these reforms could be included. The Handbook is currently being printed and will commence distribution to members and subscribers in the second half of February.  The ebook version of the Handbook is being made available in advance of the printed version and members should have already either received an email, or will receive an email shortly, regarding this.
