A lot of the relationships that economists took for granted don't seem to apply.'
David Kelly: The Carillion collapse – The collapse of Carillion – the UK's second-largest construction company – was the largest UK trading insolvency in recent times. To explain the size, scale and complexity of the company, David Kelly, PwC UK Partner and the lead special manager on the administration, showed delegates a flowchart with the 375 legal entities in its group structure.
