Delegates praise 2019 SMP Conference on Hamilton Island

Our fourth Small-Medium Practice (SMP) Conference was held from 21-22 March on Hamilton Island.

Delegates enjoyed 2 full conference days and 2 networking events with 90 of their colleagues at arguably one of Australia’s most picturesque conference and holiday destinations.

Program highlights

  • Cris Parker of the Ethics Alliance presented on ethics and trust.

  • Greg Eder walked our delegates through a series of questions identifying key personality traits and discussed how to be more resilient. Many a conversation was overheard throughout the rest of the event referencing the metrics that Greg introduced.

  • Joanna Dalton presented us with the sometimes-terrifying world of data security and gave our delegates some bonus tips to become more secure with their personal data, as well as how to securely collect and handle sensitive client data.

  • Katherine Brazenor delved into the complexities of combating illegal phoenix activity which generated much discussion with the audience.
