ARITA's Diversity & Inclusion commitment

Last Tuesday, we shared our recent Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) video on LinkedIn, detailing the ongoing work of our Balance Taskforce, created to build and advise on programs and policies that ensure our profession becomes more reflective of our community by supporting people's differences.
The Taskforce has been working to deliver on a number of projects, one of which is to address the gender imbalance in the profession. That said, we're striving to achieve a 40% male, 40% female and 20% from any gender target for registered liquidators, trustees and leadership positions by 2030. This is part of ARITA’s broader goal to create a profession that is future-proof, innovative, and more effective.
