Termination of ARITA Membership – Ms Melanie Grohovaz

On 30 August 2024 ARITA’s Professional Conduct Committee, in accordance with the delegated authority of the ARITA Board, terminated the membership of Ms Melanie Grohovaz pursuant to clause 8.7(b) of the ARITA Constitution on account of her failure to provide a reasonable response to ARITA’s inquiries in regard to certain independence issues identified in one of her appointments.
