Vale David Crawford AO - Former ARITA President (1986-1988)

It is with great sadness that we advise of the passing of former ARITA President (1986-1988) David Crawford AO.

A partner at KPMG for over 30 years including time as their Chair, David led some Australia's most significant insolvencies including Adelaide Steamship, Bond Corp and Qintex (Skase). 
Later he was Chairman of top corporates such as Lendlease, Foster’s Group, South32 and National Foods and a director of many other boards including Westpac.

David was a giant in our profession and in the Australian director community.

ARITA's deepest condolences go to the whole Crawford family.
