Voluntary administrators resign following independence concerns
ARITA recently made inquiries in relation to independence concerns in a voluntary administration.
Following swift and co-operative action between the voluntary administrators and ARITA, and without admitting any fault on their part, the administrators voluntarily resigned pursuant to section 449C of the Corporations Act 2001.
ARITA acknowledges and appreciates the professional manner in which the administrators approached ARITA’s inquiries.
No further action was determined to be warranted by ARITA.
