We at the IPA have had a number of submissions to lodge with government on questions of insolvency law and practice since the beginning of this year - nine in all. They are summarised in this schedule.

We have also made a joint submission on the insolvent trading proposals, on 2 March 2010.

We have also been asked for our views on an Exposure Draft Associations Incorporations Amendment Bill 2010 (Vic), by 31 March 2010.

2009

Throughout 2009, we made submissions on a range of issues including OH&S law, anti-money laundering, insolvent trading, GST and CGT law, personal property securities, cross-border insolvency laws, court rules, and drafting errors and improvements in legislation.
