This session will give a brief review of Government funded liquidator recovery actions pursuant to the Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG) Scheme and the effectiveness of those recovery actions to date.
Janine will also consider the impact of the proposed amendments and crack down on employer avoidance of employee entitlements on the insolvency profession.
