The rights of creditors and the Commonwealth to seek information from an external administrator have been significantly enhanced by the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) and associated rules. It's been 18 months since the Insolvency Law Reform Act introduced these new creditors' rights.

Ariel Borland, Mills Oakley, will revisit what those rights are, how they intersect with a practitioner's obligations under the Privacy Act and discuss how the courts have been interpreting the new provisions.
