Cloudbusting: Recovering books and records
Tim Clark, a Partner with Piper Alderman, will provide an analysis of the legal issues confronting liquidators and ISP’s in recovering books and records from the cloud.
Tim will be joined by Michael Gray, Forensic Technology Manager at McGrathNicol, who will provide a rundown of some of the practical issues involved in securing records in the age of cloud-based storage.
