Financial Turnaround
A joint presentation from Mark Tieken, Head of SBS Queensland, National Australia Bank Limited, and Rob Lamers, State General Manager QLD/NT, Scottish Pacific Business Finance regarding the financial aspects relevant to business turnaround. Facilitated by Anthony Connelly, Partner at McGrathNicol. We will explore the types of capital employed by business, the importance of funding for the turnaround of the business and what primary potential incoming financiers require to facilitate existing and new capital. We will also examine the role of bankers, lawyers, accountants and turnaround professionals in the turnaround process. This is the first of two turnaround topics planned for 2019, the next will focus on operational turnaround.
