Safe Harbour - What's working, what needs tweaking

This panel discussion will focus on the Safe Harbour legislation on its 2 year anniversary. The panel will discuss how it is working in practice, the different situations where it has been used effectively, case studies and suggestion on how the legislation should be tweaked to provide further guidance and clarity.

Michael Fingland (Vatage Performance) will chair this interesting and relevant discussion with panellists Anthony Connelly (McGrathNicol), Richard Hughes (Deloitte) and Scott Guthrie (Dentons).
