Townsville Broadcast: Creditors' rights

It has now been 18 months since the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016 introduced a raft of new creditors' rights, including rights to request information. Scott Butler (Partner, McCullough Robertson) will revisit what those rights are and discuss how the courts are starting to interpret the new provisions.

This session is broadcasting live from Brisbane. Attendees will be able to see and hear the presentation live, and ask questions from their location in Townsville.
