Ponzi Scheme Overview
Join Tyneil Flaherty, Barrister, who will explain how Ponzi schemes work. She will also given an overview of 4 of Australia's Ponzi schemes; namely Chartwell, Mercorella, Adelaide Lending Centre and Allan McFarlane.
Some consideration will be given as to why Ponzi schemes are difficult to detect, what common red flags exist and how they can be investigated.
