Investigating intellectual property interests in insolvent entities

Tim O’Callaghan, Partner in the Intellectual Property team at Piper Alderman, and Mike Hayes, Partner in the Insolvency team at Piper Alderman, will explore the interaction between intellectual property and insolvency.

This practical session will assist insolvency practitioners in identifying and getting value from knowledge, ideas, trade marks and other intellectual property assets of insolvent entities that may not readily be apparent from the books and records of those entities.
