Section 596 Examinations

Section 596A and 596B Examinations are an important tool available to Liquidators.

A number of recent decision have restated important principles, particularly in relation to applications to set aside examinations.

Anthony Elkerton, DW Advisory, and Jock Baird, Barrister, will discuss the do's and don'ts of Examinations and the important lessons to be learnt from these decisions, with particular emphasis on a recent case study.
