Lead and advise on restructuring and turnaround

Core unit of the 11319NAT Graduate Diploma of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to lead and advise on restructuring and turnaround strategies. It includes assessing organisational viability, stabilising operations, developing strategic plans, implementing innovative restructuring and turnaround actions, and developing, delivering and presenting comprehensive reports and plans.
