Why you should use an ARITA Professional Member or Fellow

ARITA Professional Members and Fellows are qualified, professional and regulated, which means you will get accurate, timely and lawful advice to help you deal with a financial crisis.

They can provide the right advice and guidance around insolvency (including bankruptcy) and business restructuring and turnaround.

Professional Membership of ARITA requires completion of post-Graduate level training in restructuring, insolvency and turnaround, and an extensive application process.

ARITA Fellows have been Professional Members for at least 10 years with an unblemished record, and have been nominated by their peers for higher recognition.

ARITA Life Members sit at the very top of the industry and are recognised for outstanding service to the profession. (There are only 18 ARITA Life Members.)

Associate Membership of ARITA is for those who work in supporting roles to the profession. Associate members choose to join ARITA to demonstrate their commitment to the restructuring, insolvency and turnaround profession and their desire to be highly engaged with the industry in which they do business. Associate membership is open to those working in, or supplying, the restructuring, insolvency and turnaround sectors such as valuers, credit managers, litigation funders etc.

Most ARITA members provide an initial meeting to discuss your circumstances, free of charge.
