Essential Skills

A series of intermediate level short courses that focus on a range of practical insolvency, bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency law issues.

Each course will delve in depth into a specific topic, providing you with valuable skills and understanding to implement back in the workplace.

Who should attend?

Courses are aimed at staff with 1 to 4 years' experience, but may also appeal to more experienced practitioners who need to refresh their knowledge.

Prerequisites

At a minimum, you should have completed the Introduction to Insolvency Program or have one year of on-the-job experience prior to attending these courses.

Course format

Each course is approximately 2 hours and includes a presentation covering the theory and at least one practical exercise to ensure understanding of the issues.

Assessment

There is no formal assessment in the Essential Skills courses.

Trainers

All trainers have extensive practical experience and are from an array of professional backgrounds.

Cost

Members & non-members: $199 (GST incl.)

CPD

2 CPD hours per course.
