A review of the insolvency landscape & networking drinks

For the first time, ARITA will host a dedicated evening Forum with drinks and canapes, for restructuring, insolvency and turnaround professionals to celebrate the end of another successful year. 

Networking drinks will be served on arrival followed by a presentation by Richard Cowen, Partner at Tucker & Cowen Solicitors, who will once again review the insolvency landscape over the previous 12 months including:

  • Current insolvency statistics and the state of the market
  • Reform: Government legislation, Royal Commissions and further enquires
  • Current cases in bankruptcy
  • Current cases in insolvency.

This state of the market presentation will then be followed by networking drinks and canapes, to kick off the Christmas season festivities.

This presentation will broadcast live to audiences in Cairns.
