NSW YP Seminar: Voluntary Administration Case Study
Voluntary Administration Case Study: Day 1 to Second Meeting of Creditors
Using a recent retail case study, we look at the different roles that lawyers and accountants/insolvency practitioners play in a voluntary administration, including investigations undertaken, legal requirements and reporting, and how the professions can interact and facilitate engagement.
Join Andrew Barnden of Rodgers Reidy and Kylie Tate of Polczynski Robinson, who will talk us through the practical steps taken by them up to the second meeting of creditors as well as what helped shape their decisions along the way.
